Excellent Kobe beef dining experience! Chef Nishigami-san expertly prepared our choice of "rare cut" (which seems to be part of the chuck based on their drawing) and offered suggestions for pairing with the condiments. The salad was a very pleasant surprise, as an opener to the "set" menu, fresh and tasty. The meat size is given in grams (e.g. 80g, 120g) but they can show a physical model of the three meat portions. Reservations are probably recommended (we were asked for one), but on this rainy late evening Monday we just walked in and got two seats after a 10 minutes wait. The service was also excellent.
