For our first Kobe beef experience, we went to the Daichi restaurant in Kobe, near Chinatown’s east gate. There, we were placed in the capable hands of Hara, our entertaining and engaging chef. He served up some delicious cuts of beef…..so tender it just melts in your mouth. Well worth every penny and then some! Thank you Hara for a very memorable meal in Kobe. Totemo oishi!!!
