I'm a heavy meat eater all around the world and also ate very good meat in japan. Ordered the Sirlon. The steak was well cooked and the chef was nice but the meat per se was not so flavourful, it was soft but not even soft/buttery as I would have expected. It was cooked to the perfect point so it might be I had bad luck with this particular cow. It looked really good, but the taste was lacking. A bit disappointed for 18k yen for 110gr of meat.
