Maruoka was our chef tonight cooking the kobe beef the chateaubriand cut which was the most high end cut. The beef was so soft and tender and way better than wagu. No need for sauce enough though provided. The chefs were the cooking hats. Love that. Ina the other chef made the garlic fried rice and was amazing. We get to see the food being cooked. Food most definitely earned a thumbs 👍 up. Thank you!
