What else can we asked for such a lovely foodie place in Kobe.
We were pampered by Chef H.Tanaka - a " Triple P " character guy : Professional, Passion and People person.
We ordered 3 diff portion of Kobe meat and Chef explained to us the orgins of the parts and how it should be eaten in sequence.
Dipping sauces were introduced - when to have it and What shall not pair with it.
We had an excellent evening and priceless memories.
Thank you Chef Tanaka !!!
