Expensive low quality kobe beef, totally not worth the trip. We had 3 different cuts, sirloin, rare parts and tender red meat, and it was stated in the menu as Premium Kobe Beef. The sirloin marbling is not even, the rare part and red meat has plenty of muscle fiber and connective tissue that make the meat super chewy. Does not melt in your mouth that one would expect from kobe beef.
