Wonderful experience! My cheffe A. Miyamoto was fantastic! The food was simply delicious. Perfect texture and temperature for every part of the meal. I was able to film the process so I’ll have a great souvenir to re-watch if my memory decides to fail me. Upon arrival I was explained the different meat options (I went for tender red with B menu). Each part of the meal was described to me when served. You get to choose the cooking of your beef. The cooking itself is a real show as it’s being prepared right in front of you. Definitely recommend!!
