Unbelievably poor service here. I’ve travelled all across Japan and eaten everywhere. Never experienced poor service or rude staff until today. It’s a big time tourist trap. Once you enter you’re whisked upstairs into a sterile room where they churn out steak dinners like a teppanyaki restaurant in an all inclusive restaurant. When you try to order they upsell you by telling you they’re sold out. Then they tell you they have a minimum order per person, which the menu is silent on. Minimum charge?!?! When you’re already shelling out over a thousand dollars for lunch? Do not come here it’s a big time tourist trap! Be warned!
